Risk assesement.

Before filming we had to take health and safety into consideration, in our film opening we used a number of props that could be harmful and needed to be assessed to ensure that no one would get hurt.

• Firstly I needed to make sure we were supervised by an adult (my dad)
• We lit a fire and therefore needed to make sure we wore gloves when handling/lighting the fire.
• We also needed to make sure there where no pellets in the rifle so it wouldn't fire and we could use it safely.
• We also had many dangerous props such as a axe, 3 knife's and a hammer, we needed to make sure we handled them safely to make sure nobody got hurt during the process.
• We should also make sure we do not get close to the fire when lit and always have a bucket of water nearby for emergencies.

We took these things into consideration last weekend and we will also take health and safety and the rules into consideration on Sunday when we are filming.
